(1) Product Coverage:
Our product range includes Egrowatt PV Inverters, Storage Inverters, Smart Energy Management Devices, Monitoring Software, EV Chargers, Portable Power Stations, as well as Egrowatt Batteries and Accessories.
(2) Geographical Coverage:
Our warranty is valid across all countries and regions, including the special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macao, as well as Taiwan. However, it does not apply to mainland China. Please note that the warranty is only applicable if the country of purchase, installation, and after-sales service are the same.
(3) Warranty Claims:
To file a warranty claim, the product’s serial number (S/N) is generally required. It’s important to keep your original purchase invoice, installation documents, or receipts in a safe place, as these may be requested during the warranty claim process.
(4) Warranty Duration:
The standard warranty period begins either on the installation date as noted on the installation certificate, or no later than six months from the delivery date—whichever comes first. Warranty extensions can be requested, but only within two years of the product’s installation date.

(1) Warranty Claim Process
Customers can reach Egrowatt through various channels including phone, email, or instant messaging apps. To file a warranty claim, customers must follow Egrowatt’s instructions and complete a Warranty Claim Form. This form can either be sent via email or submitted online through Egrowatt’s Online Service System. The following information is required for warranty claims:

(2) Warranty Exclusions
Standard warranty service is available only for products with valid warranties. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
For products that are no longer under warranty, Egrowatt will charge for services, including the cost of spare parts and labor. Alternatively, services may be provided as per the terms of any existing maintenance contract.
(3) Warranty Limitations
The above terms and conditions, along with the warranty card provided in the product packaging and any attached warranty documents, represent the full extent of Egrowatt’s responsibility for the products sold. Any implied or explicit guarantees beyond these terms are not covered unless confirmed in writing. During the warranty period, Egrowatt’s obligations are limited to product repair or replacement as outlined in the warranty conditions. Additional responsibilities are not assumed unless legally required.
(4) OEM Products
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products are not covered under these warranty terms. The warranty for OEM products will follow the specific terms stated in the corresponding contract.
